Dr. Randall S. Fong is a board certified Otolaryngologist--Head and Neck surgeon with Three Rivers Ear, Nose & Throat, a care center under Proliance Surgeons.
Dr. Fong's practice is purely office-based, focused on diagnosing and
treating a wide variety of ear, nose and throat (E.N.T.) and head &
neck disorders. We also offer audiology services for those with hearing
problems, providing testing, hearing aids and ear protective devices.

Dr. Fong's practice focuses on problems of the ear, nose and throat (E.N.T.), including minor surgical procedures and biopsies in the office. As such, he no longer is operating in the hospital setting.
Dr. Fong also is involved in the teaching of residents and medical students, as a Clinical Faculty Member for Trios Health Graduate Medical Education and Assistant Clinical Professor for Pacific Northwest University of
Health Sciences. He also serves on as a board member for Trios Health.
